March 10 Switching things upAngie is tracking right along and looking good!!!! I might add. I am switching things up. I have come to the realization that my body has gotten used to the up and down of low carb dieting over the last 7 or 8 years. I am making sure that I'm under 20 carbs a day, 50% to 75% from veggies and drinking my water. Still almost no weight drop in the last month and a half. Only the initial 25 lbs from the beginnning that I can easily loose. If I'm not going to drop it fast I figured I just as soon lose it the right way eating a balanced diet and working out. I feel weight watchers will help me find that balance and will start my lifestyle change with that help. This is not just a biggest looser thing. Both, Angie and I, know that this has to be just that, a lifestyle change. We are setting mini goals such as target dates that we would like to be fitter for.
